Description
The Leadership Workshop is a unique, intensive, and highly
interactive experience that is designed for top and middle management personnel for organizations of all sizes and in all
industries. This workshop focuses on helping participants gain a better understanding about leadership and being a leader. Most times, we are overwhelmed by the demands of our role as a manager that we forget that we are leaders of a team as well. The focus of this workshop is to give participants an opportunity to reflect on their leadership style and challenges as a leader.
